A keepsake starts with mutual consent.

This policy covers photo uploads, scene descriptions, AI generation, downloads and gifts. You must follow these rules when using the service.

Adults and photo permission

You and both people in the reference photos must be at least 18 years old. You must have the right to use the photos and explicit consent from both people for uploading, AI processing and the chosen way of sharing. Do not upload photos of minors.

Content standards and six prohibited categories

• Sexual / NSFW content: Pornography, sexual exploitation and non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Violence / gore: Threats of violence or graphic imagery.
• Hate speech: Hate, discrimination or harassment targeting individuals or groups.
• Child safety (CSAM): Any sexual content involving minors, and any reference photos of minors.
• Deepfakes / impersonation: Face swaps, age changes, reshaping facial features, using a likeness without consent, impersonating public figures or others, or creating scams, false evidence or misleading content.
• Copyright / trademark infringement: Unauthorized use of protected works, brands or logos.

Also prohibited: violating privacy or likeness rights, promoting terrorism or mass violence, providing instructions for weapons of mass destruction, bypassing moderation, abusing free allowances or using the results unlawfully.

How content is reviewed

Before AI generation, user-entered text is sent to Waffo for prompt review, with additional screening using Google Gemini through fal / OpenRouter. Generation proceeds only after an explicit approval, with no restricted category detected and all reviews completed successfully. Rejected, pending, conflicting or unavailable reviews pause generation. We also check reference photos and scene text, and check generated images before delivery. We use the fal NSFW image classifier and additional Google Gemini visual screening through fal / OpenRouter. The generation service's own safety checks remain enabled.

If a review fails or cannot finish, production or delivery pauses. Automated screening can produce false positives and miss problems. It cannot verify identity, exact age or mutual consent, and is not a dedicated CSAM detection system. Do not upload suspected illegal material to test the system.

AI labels

These images are AI-generated imagined scenes, not photos of real events. Keep the AI label on downloaded images. Do not use them as identity documents, news evidence or to mislead others.

Enforcement

For confirmed violations, we may refuse or stop generation, restrict or disable stories and gift links, and restrict or disable accounts as appropriate. Paid orders are handled under our Terms of Service, delivery status and applicable law.

Reports and appeals

If you find an unauthorized likeness or prohibited content, or believe your work was incorrectly flagged, please email support@framedforus.com with the story or gift link, or order number, and a description of the issue. Do not attach identity documents or illegal images.

We will review the information you provide and help with your order. An appeal does not automatically bypass moderation. If a paid order cannot be delivered, include a request for order assistance or a refund. See our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
